I have always struggled managing stress and I take a knack creating too much to do for myself. I capeesh that this book doesn't teach you how to prioritize your schedule or "how to say no" to people asking for your help/time. I've heard that and tried that concept a meg times and it frankly only doesn't work for me considering I e'er have a plethora of important things to do and I would never turn away anyone asking for my help - it'south just how I am.I appreciated that instead this volume focuses on gratitude and giving cheers for what you accept (even if it'due south non much - anybody has SOMETHING to exist thankful for). I have found that every bit I expect for more things to be thankful about in my life, the stressful things just kind of cook away and get unimportant and it's piece of cake for me to postpone them to a different time when I have that perspective. I accept meditated and prayed for opportunities for gratitude to be placed in my heed when I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed and as I have given my best attempt, I have found that it has not been hard to observe blessings and to wish others' well.
